Director of Operations

Build the systems and automations that let a fast studio scale without breaking.

RemoteFull-timeOperations

The role

You'll be the operational backbone of the studio and the founder's right hand. You'll design the systems, automations, and cadences that let great client work ship on time every time, and build the internal AI tooling that makes a small team perform like a large one. When something is manual, repetitive, or slow, it becomes your problem to automate away.

What you'll own

  • Delivery operations: onboarding, project cadences, and the systems that keep client work on track.
  • Internal tooling and automation, much of it AI-built, that removes manual work before it's ever hired for.
  • Reporting and dashboards that show the real health of clients and the business.
  • Hiring and contractor operations as the team grows.

Who you are

  • AI-native. You automate first and build internal tools with AI instead of adding headcount.
  • Extreme urgency. You close loops fast and can't stand watching things sit.
  • Extremely creative. You design the system, not just patch the symptom.
  • Exceptionally organized and smart. Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
  • Experienced. 4+ years in operations at an agency or startup, ideally having built processes from scratch.

Nice to have

Agency or RevOps operations, finance ops, experience running a small team, and fluency with automation tools (Make, Zapier, scripts, or AI agents).

How we work

What you're signing up for.

01

AI-native by default

We use AI in everything, and do in a day what agencies take a week to do. If you're not already building with it, this isn't the place.

02

Extreme urgency

We ship, measure, and move. Speed is a feature here, not a trade-off against quality.

03

Small and senior

No layers, no juniors to babysit. You own your work end to end and the outcome with it.

04

Remote, outcome-first

Where you work doesn't matter. What you ship does.

How to apply

One email. Make it count.

Send a short note on why this role and why now, your LinkedIn, and a link or two to work you're proud of. No cover-letter theater. We reply fast.
